Rogers got January patch a while ago.

What build are you on at the moment?

Rogers released January already. February should be what you're waiting on, and even then, you'll be stuck waiting on Rogers once again. Looks like Rogers is hardly pushing any February updates according to their schedule. Lots of devices beyond just BlackBerry waiting. - http://communityforums.rogers.com/t5...le/td-p/354931

There's your problem. You loaded an OS on your device that Rogers never got officially. You are now out of the OTA loop.

Load AAT498 via autoloader to get January and get back in sync.

Great! Even BlackBerry couldn't tell me that! I got the phone replaced by them and it came with this build. Thanks for the information I will try the autoloader as I have never done it. I'll keep you posted. Thanks again

    Hold on then.

Sometimes they replace phones with factory-unlocked devices, in which case you need to install AAT166 instead to get back in sync.

    Verify your PRD#.

It's a bit complicated. You need to enable USB debugging in your developer options, plug in the phone to your PC, and use the adb command "adb shell getprop".

You will need to install "minimal adb and fastboot" on your PC if you haven't already.

Look for either PRD-63036-001 (unlocked) or PRD-63036-005 (Rogers).

    -------

The other option is to use the Mobile Upgrade tool on your PC. It will automatically install the latest OS build for your variant, but there is no option to avoid a complete wipe of the device in the process.

Once you have adb installed on your computer, it's a command line.

Very good. You have an official Rogers device. Use AAT498.

Boot your device into fastboot mode. (From off, turn on with power button and down volume at the same time)

Move the files into your adb folder and then click on flashnowipe.bat.
