    Can someone please help me with how to personalise my ringtone using mp3 files on the keyone? I'm new to the keyone, but not blackberry. I read I need a file manager?? Which one? and from their what do I do? It's becoming a puzzle for me to resolve. Thanks.

    ? If you go into Setting and find the Sounds.... should be an option to browse for others.

    There is a built in file viewer for such situations.

    get a file manager like Solid Explorer. copy/move your mp3 ringtones into the Ringtones folder on the device memory (not SD). et voila.
