    Newly purchased BlackBerry Classic, on normal profile all the notifications and alerts working well but the incoming call. It just doesn't ring or vibrate. Anybody know the reason, please help!

    In your phone Settings app, go to Notifications. Click "Normal".

    Then, click on "Customize App Notifications".

    Then, click on "Phone" and check if everything is enabled.

    Also, open Phone app, click the three dots in lower right corner and select Settings. Click on Notifications. Make sure everything is enabled there too.
