    Hello everybody,

    The "w" key on my Q10 keypad doesn't work well (sometimes too sensitive, sometimes does not work at all). I bought it online on the Canadian Blackberry Shop unlocked but I can't find any phone number or process to return it for having it fixed. My Q10 is still on warranty.
    Does anyone know what I have to do to return it?

    No it's not double typing, it's very sensitive, it sould be a contact problem in the key.
