restoring problem on my blackberrt Q5

blackberry link and tried to restore it on my new phone which is my Q5but this what it tells me at the point of restoring :the blackberry id associated with this backup file

You have to use thew same bbid that you created the file with to install back on your Q%.

Have you changed BBIDs? or are you typing it incorrectly?
