    My Z30 failed. I managed to get the Z30 operating again. I connected it to the laptop with the BBLink installed software.
    I connected the Z30 to the computer with a USB cable, and noted that I could not find a way to access the January 27, 2017 Back up file saved on my laptop.
    The message: "Disconnect your device from the computer and complete the Setup App on your device.

    What do I do to accomplish this task?

    Have you logged into the device with your BBID?

    From the homescreen, swipe down from the top to access setttings... tap BlackBerry ID.
