Reset the P'9982 device

Hello, everyone!
I bought a second hand Porsche Design Blackberry device, model No. p'9982
I tried to format it but unfortunately, I always have been asked to insert the Blackberry ID "which connected with the previous user's E-mail".
I tried to insert in for 10 times and finally, I receive a message saying:
"you can not use your blackberry ID for 15 min."
and of course, I know neither the password nor the previous user's E-mail.
any help, please?

Not much you can do... other than to contact the original owner and ask him to remove the Theft Protection. Either he does or BlackBerry does it...
