Due to the way my Priv will be exchanged I need to back up all the data in advance. The BlackBerry back up suite doesn't support, so how's it done?

    First off, welcome to CrackBerry!
Please update your profile to include device, carrier, and location. This makes it easier for others to help you.

Your Priv probably came with the BlackBerry Content Transfer app. Use this to make a backup of all items you want to Google Drive. Just remember the password you set for the backup!

When you get your new device, download Content Transfer from Google Play if it wasn't already there.

Please note that you must make one single backup of all the items on the checklist that you want. When you get your new device, it will only have the option of restoring the last backup you made.

Also, if you're backing up & restoring photos & videos at all, you should know it goes pretty slowly. Have the device plugged in with a stable Wi-Fi connection for all steps.
