Repair While You Wait

My BB KeyOne needed a replacement battery and, while the YouTube videos provided one answer, I did not feel confident to undertake it myself so what to do?

I found an outfit at 91 Golders Green Road in London NW, called Repairs While you Wait, who for the cost of the battery alone, fitted the new one in 3 minutes. 25 minutes later, after waiting for the handset to be charged, I was able to walk away with my working phone.

Moreover, I learned that they would accept old handsets which they sent to Ukraine so later that day, I posted 8 to them. How good was that?

Very nice story! You must have one of the later production run Keyone's because the earlier ones had so much glue on them it took a hammer and a chisel to get the battery out!

Someone didn't realize some of that glue was meant to be on the screens....

You need to contact specialists, so you can only make it worse. Better this than later to spoil the technique.
