I can't seem to get rid of the voicemail notification even though I don't have any voicemail.

    1. I have restarted my phone
    2. I have left voicemail and then deleted it.

    None of these work.

    Any ideas?

You may needing to go through a landline to access your VM and delete it from that point or through your carrier directly.
I had a similar problem with continued notifications which was entirely due to a carrier glitch. I believe this was suggested to you in a previous post....Have you tried to do so ?
