    Hello, Bit of help reqd please, I am thinking of taking out a new contract on a Z10 but have spotted that there has been an issue that when you delete an email on the handset it also automatically deletes the email on the server on the server, and that unlike previous Blackberrys (i currently have a Bold 9000) there is not an option to just delete an email on the handset. After hours of searching on line I suspect a recent update may have sorted this issue but am unsure if this is the case. Can anyone please confirm if the problem has now been solved? I believe the update which solved the issue was OS 10.2.1.3175.

    When you add an email to your device and after syncing if you decide to delete an email the phone will ask if it should also delete from the Sever.
    It is absolutely up to the user how you want the phone to delete the email.

    Edit: If you decide to change the settings you can always go to Hub Settings and change how an email is deleted.
