    Hi, I was having trouble with my BBM messenger, so I went to blackberry desktop to do the latest update on my curve, but half way through the upgrade, my computer said 'not responding'. When I unplugged it the screen went black. Now I cant open it at all. When I went to my phone provider, they said I would need to re-format my curve, or to re-do my software. Does anyone know how to do that? I've tried a couple things but nothing seems to be working.

    Plug into desk top mgr and reinstall os.
