Re-sync BBM contacts to contacts app?

When BBM is setup, the BBM contacts show up in the contacts app. Is there any way to re-sync my BBM contacts to show up in my contacts app? I accidentally deleted a BBM contact in the contacts app but he is still a contact in BBM and I want the profile to be in the contacts app again. Putting the BBM pin in his profile in the contacts app still asks me to invite him to BBM and it doesn't show up as a BBM contact.
