    Hey! Guys, is there a need to re-install all android apps downloaded from Cobalt's Google Play Store after updating the whole Play Store components? Thank you all for you help.

    When you look at My apps & games, is INSTALLED blank and ALL has a bunch listed? If so, then just re-install whichever you want. If INSTALLED has apps but they're not on your phone, then I would suggest making sure they're installed and then removed properly.
