It's spam more than likely
Spam off whom exactly? I assumed it was a message from BlackBerry with its appearance. What sort of message is it? It doesn't look like a text or a bbm.
It is a message from BlackBerry and is not spam. Why such messages are sent, I don't know but it's a legitimate message from BlackBerry and can be deleted and ignored. Most BlackBerry users I know have received such a message however most have not received more than one every six months or so, so you needn't worry about it.

I've gotten the same one before too, or something that looked very similar... It was over a year ago but i used google to translate it and it wasn't anything important.
