    Using Blackberry Link to do a quick(!) backup of my Leap takes about an hour! Could I be doing something wrong? I have the latest version of Link and I only have about 20 Apps installed. Any ideas?

    Welcome to the forums. Are you also sync'ing photos and documents? That could attribute the time of backup. Additionally your PC specs factor into it as well.

    Photos and Docs are synced wirelessly. PC is a triple-processor with 8Gb of memory - nothing else runs that slow. For example, syncing Contacts and Calendar (via USB) is almost instant. I only run the backup once a month, so it's not the end of the world, I'm just curious why it takes so long, my previous phone took only minutes to do a full backup.
