[CrackBerry Question]

Hi,

I've got a problem. I have a Q10 and my Customer have a Z30. He ask me : "Why I my BB didn't sync via Bluetooth? My BB Torch can do it?" So i've check with his BB and there some missing hardware when he try to connect via BT. I've try with my BB on his computer and same thing.

So i've test with another BT card (BT 4.0)on another computer. I can connect it without hardware "failure" but the sync with BBLink doesn't work. I've look on my BB Device Manager and my BT option is grayed. I've test what they say on http://forums.crackberry.com/desktop...manager-24100/ but nothing work...

My questions are :

1: Is there anybody with the same probleme that have found any solutions?

2: If not is there anythings up in your mind to correct this problem.

3: If not, what is the type of BT card is compatible with BB OS 10 and the device manage V8.0.0.41 (is there a newer version that doesn't appear anywhere???)

PS: I've try to contact BB Support in Canada but the number the site gave me is not a good one. the message tell me that i've win a trip to the South!!! You.....hou.... :S
