    PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!
    I just got the Blackberry Q10.

    Although I have Swipe to Wake checked on, it won't wake.

    In order to wake it, I have to push the power/lock button.
    When I do, it takes forever to wake. And it shows the Blackberry logo when it is in the process of waking.

    It also doesn't wake if I receive incoming calls or messages.

    Also, is there anyway to change the settings of the screen timeout, which the max is 5 minutes and that is what I have it set to.

    Honestly, if this is how it has to be, I made use another phone. Isn't worth all of this!!!!

    Please help me with this. I have elderly parents and I need to be available 24 / 7.

    Can you post screenshots of your device monitor? battery, memory and storage

    Its waking from OFF condition that's why the BlackBerry logo is showing. It has a defect, change the battery first.
