[CrackBerry Question]

I am having charging issues with my q10. When it first started acting up it would go from full charge to no charge. At present it will not charge. Any suggestions ?

you could have a defective battery, but make sure its in really good and tight and the contacts are clean, if battery is loose put a piece of business card in to tighten it up

I did that. In fact, it is the only way I got a full charge. At present it is tightened up and it will not charge. Even tried another battery.

Warranty work is not possible. do you have any idea what part needs to be replaced ? I have been searching various sites but do know what part to look for ?

I would think its the mother board, but i'm not positive.
