    I unlocked my q10 from rogers using a website and the code worked. My network subset and service provider reads unlocked, but my phone also says my current SIM requires one or more MEP codes before the mobile network will be available. So thinking my phone was unlocked I signed up for a koodo plan but my phone can't connect to the network and is saying it's locked.

    I don't know much about unlocking but have you tried a different SIM?
