    have you tried rebooting? I would suggest plugging into a PC and reloading the OS if it doesn't improve.

    Rebooted it several times, connected it to my laptop, it connects, advises instructions, the cell goes of, gree led glow, after a couple of minutes, it says, no reloads found, or something like this
