The songs on my Blackberry Q10 disappeared from the native songs app!! HELP!

Are or were they in Internal Memory or on an sd-card? If you use the FileManager can you find them and, if so, play them?

Have you tried restarting?

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

I had that a few weeks ago. I had synced it with link, which I never do. I found the files on the sd in a different folder, that the music app probably did not look into.
