    I have a TMOBILE USA Q10, and in the last 3 to 4 days it has started to reboot when placed down on a hard surface unless you REALLY baby it when putting it down. I reseated the SIM and battery, with no change. Should I RMA, or is there something else I can try?

    Appears to be a loose battery. Try tightening the connection with a folded up piece of paper (like a business card).
