I thought that the version you are asking about has been around for a long time. Only if you are looking for 10.3.3. If not, there are many 10.3.2 available around. If you look into the forums, you can find links to download the applicable file for your device. And news have it that the 10.3.3 is coming out this month, so you might want to delay your upgrading.
