I have not been able to get my phone to ring over the last week.
    Sounds are ok.
It vibrates when call comes in.
    Settings are correct
    Software is 10.2.1
Tried resetting phone by pulling the battery.

    All no go
    Please help.

You shouldn't be pulling the battery. If nothing fixes it, then you might have to reload your os. Also, in the quick settings, did you turn off notifications? If so, turn it back on and that should fix it

    Thanks for the reply...

    Pulling the battery? Why not?
    Reloading the OS? How?
    Notifications are set to Normal.

    Welcome to Crackberry!!!

    1. Unlike on legacy devices, battery pulls actually negatively effect the battery and the os.
    2. To reload the os, go into link, do a backup and click reload os. After, you can use the backup to get your files, settings and app data back

Thanks... That all sounds dangerous. I don't want to lose my data. Sounds very time consuming too?

Do you have an other suggestions?

    Time consuming - a bit
Dangerous - not at all. The backup will restore all your data.

There is one last option, updating. You can update via sachesi (extremely simple and doesn't erase your data) to a newer 10.2.1 os or even the 10.2.2 os. There's many easy tutorials here on crackberry if you give it a search

In settings> notifications. Did you scroll down and select applications > then phone and get this screen.
Q10 no ring for incoming calls-img_20140824_145234.png

Phone sound may be turned off even though main notification says normal
