    yes switch hotspot on and connect your laptop to hotspot of q10

    first go to setting > network and connection then mobile network and swtich on data services

    then below in the same menu of netwrok and connection you will see mobile hotspot switch that on ....... configure apply password and connect your laptop

    Unfortunately BB10 OS based phone can not be used as wired modem only HotSpot mode is possible.

    Since AT&T charges extra for Hotspot, I use the EasyTether app. It works well.
