I bought a new BlackBerry Q10 only 10 days ago, when I charge this it's going hot. After charging without any use battery getting low and phone automatically off.
Please recommend something what I do??

Back up the device using link and reload the OS. Then be very cautious on what apps you install - preferably one at a time while monitoring your device for overheating.

Ur means it's a problem from apps who installed in my device. It's not a hardware problem?

Hmm... what about the charger? Are you using BlackBerry chargers?

From experience I think it is hardware issue. If it is still under warranty, take it back for exchange. I had that issue and took it back for a replacement
