[CrackBerry Question]

Hi, i have blackberry q10 in which i was using my blackberry id, now when it is prompting to verify id so it is not accepting my password although its correct i tried forget my password and even updated my password but still it's giving me wrong password. In my country there is no Blackberry service centre where i could go and i can't wipe my phone too as blackberry secure is on. When i login on browser with the same id so it's not showing any phone synced. Help me out.

If you've "forgotten" your user id/password, and you did not have it written down someplace, and you're locked out of the device,
All I can say I can say is take the device to your carrier.....
