Is it possible to go back to a 9900 from an BB10 device? I have a SIM converter, so that is not an issue. How would I move contacts, etc back to a 9900?
    Thanks in advance!!!!!

It would take some 3rd party apps to do it.

Biggest thing might be getting a BIS account for a 9900 to operate on, depending on what market you are in.

But do a Google search I'm sure you will find a number of different "ways" of moving your contacts.

ensure you have a good sim converter, dodgy ones can get caught in the tray. Other than that, if you are on gmail, contacts should sync over the cloud a lot easier than it would compared to EAS account like outlook.com
