Rogers service provider no longer can send or receive pictures via text messages. Could do it recently but now only get a "General Problems" alert message.

did your sms settings get changed somehow? make sure mms is turned on in text message settings

Do you have a data plan? With out a data plan you can only send SMS (pure text messages) over your voice (Talk & Text) connection. When you attach pictures, your are using the MMS message protocol which requires data. I have seen pictures come through on Rogers without a data plan, but I wouldn't rely on it.
