    Someone,help me I have already update the new version of os 10.3.3.764 but i want downgrade Or delete this version bc there is a apps not working and my battery life was very short after the update.

    That's a developper-only crippled OS. Use a full autoloader instead.

    You have downloaded and installed the wrong OS. What you have is a developer version which is incomplete. What BB10 device have you got and what is your model version? I can point you to the correct download.
