    My z10 goes off when the battery is 50% and when I plug the charger it says that my battery is 0% so I have to wait until the phone goes on and sometimes the battery level does not increase, and sometimes it decreases while charging, the weird part is that the phone is always showing the little lighting in the battery can someone help me?

    How old is the battery? If it's the original battery try buying a new one.
