Hey guys can anyone help me please! Every time I connect to my home wifi on my z10 it won't let me it would just tell me

Unable to authenticate against the network.
Verify saved network security setting

How do I do this!!!

IF you have the correct SSID (network name) and password, it should connect. Reboot the router, and reboot the phone. Then go to Settings, then Networks and Connections, and go thru the connection process. IF you are sure about the Network name, and password, then maybe the router may have connectivity issues.
When you go to a friends home, can you connect to their network? That would take out of the equation your device.

I have had this issue before. And it has always been my router. Sometimes it just doesn't work. Not sure why. Maybe something to do with automatic IP addresses. So I just reboot the modem and router. Then all is good.

Thanks!! How do I reboot my phone without losing everything.

Hold the top button and release when the black screen pops up then hit restart.

Or hold volume up and down buttons until phone starts to reboot.

Or hold down the top button until phone shuts down then when complete hit the top button again to start up.

I followed the suggestion from someone earlier this year. Unplug wifi and take out battery out of phone. Waited 5 or 10 minutes. Plugged in wifi. After it was completely up and running replaced battery and it works perfectly
