    I purchased a brand new BlackBerry z3 two months ago..for one month it was good in its performance but now many issues like overheating, android apps takes too much time to open, wifi direct not searching any device, I have to restart the device to reconnect with wifi network, contact names missing even after saving one by one, currently os is 10.2.1.3412 .
    Please any one help me out.

    You please get rid of android apps first, these apps causes phone to heat much.
    Then do the hard reset
    U will see your problems solved.

    Then, ONE AT A TIME, reinstall you Android apps to help find the problem app......
