    i have bought a blackberry PRIV and typed the password more than 10 times to hard reset the cellphone and erase everything on it but unfortunately I don't know the person that I have bought the PRIV from and don't know what blackberry ID it is in order to configure the cellphone. so now I cannot use the phone unless I type the previous blackberry ID on which the cell was working. Please any help?

    It's not a BlackBerry ID, it's the original Google account credentials.

    There is no way around it - obtain it from the seller or use the phone as a paperweight.
