    I got a blackberry keyone from my brother.
    But it has problem, automatically the recent apps button is being toggled and at time the touch stops responding. But if I lock a reopen it gets normal and in while the same problem starts again.
    Tried resetting, installing various version of os using flashall.bat still the same problem persists.
    Model BBB100-2
    Tried os : ABT975, ABG366, AAQ302, ABA693.
    Tried using google launcher still the same.
    Please consult me what to do ?
    Is it software or hardware issue.

    do a factory wipe of the phone.

    Exactly, PERFORM FACTORY RESET, do NOT use "backup apps and settings" option to avoid the same problems you've been experiencing regardless. Start fresh, do not restore ANYTHING but the contacts (export to SD card instead, and restore afterwards).

    Typed on my blackberry classic with 10.3.3-latest on freedom mobile HSPA+

    i have done factory data reset from settings and have the same issue.
    Is there any other method to perform factory reset apart from settings.

    I have flashed AAQ302 and updated all the way to ABT975 and all the versions along the way have the same issue.

    Sounds like a hardware issue then.

    after some more flashing I am able to confirm its not hardware issue.
    I am running ABT975, now the recent app button is working fine but back button is having that bug now.
    like blackberry link reload os feature is there any way to re flash the os ?
    or is there any good stable os for keyone bbb100-2 PRD-63117-003.
