[CrackBerry Question]

My Z10 shows bb10-0015 error. I am trying to flesh the phone with autoloader but my phone doesn't connect. After showing "Connecting to bootrom" message it says "Resetting the device" and the phone reboots and shows the same bb10-0015 error. Then the autoloader types "Resetting the device" again and the cycle starts again and never stops. What can be the problem?

I tried to connect with my battery removed, but in that case autoloader doesn't pass "Connecting to bootrom" message (my computer doesn't see the message).

I also tried BLink with no luck, my phone again stucks in a rebooting cycle.

Are you positive you have the right Autoloader for your phone?

Either way I would download it again... or try from another source to rule out a corrupted file.
