    I was updated the latest software 10.3.1.2576 on my BlackBerry z10.....
    "Suppose if I installed an application from BlackBerry World or if I save a contact on my phone book they are working properly....but the only problem is..when I get restart my BlackBerry z10 I am loosing all the internal memory including the installed applications and the contacts in
    the phone book ...."
    So,i am getting irritate of this software update.....
    Plz give me a solution to resolve the above problem what I am facing....
