    Suddenly my device was stuck showing a black screen with the BlackBerry name and logo blinking while the phone vibrating. I tried every reboot method I know. I turned it off using power + volume down and selecting 'turn off'. Now I get a sequence of light colors like this: white - blue - red - blue - yellow - blue - pause - (sequence starts over).

    Any help would be appreciated. I would hate to have to return this fantastic phone.

    Did you resolve this or learn what the multi-color LED blink code meant?
