Priv videos not playing on Passport?

So I love the Camera App on BlackBerry 10. Super easy to edit videos especially editing for Slow Motion. I took this video of these two lizards fighting and 1 throws the other off the ledge (excellent shot for slow motion) lol uploaded it to Dropbox and then downloaded it on my passport . You would think they would make the Priv compatible in every possible way to the Passport.

Why isn't it the same camera App on both Blackberrys?

I need my Default Camera App on BlackBerry 10 ported in the Android app. While you are at it send over Story Maker. Please spare me the alternatives. Tried of the BlackBerry Alternatives lol

It's hard out here for a BB10 user in the Android BlackBerry World.

Try a different video player? Like vlc or my player

But Blaze why? Why wouldn't they try and make everything compatible? Why didn't they even make the camera App so much different?

Those are not in BlackBerry World. Remember I moved the video from my Priv and trying to get it to play on BlackBerry 10 not Android
