I've used the swivel belt holder for my old BB Bold for years, and loved I, not just for the out of sight and out of mind but always ready access, but because how the phone would be turned down to save the battery every time it was in the holder, but would still identify calls and messages, and still allow for listening to recording with ear buds and such.

I am concerned that if I get the new Priv, it will be so large that having it on my belt might not work so well. Any experience on this matter? Any thoughts?

It's not that I won't get the Priv, for the flip case seems half way decent, but it would help with my decision.

    Thanks.

Unless you plan on holstering the phone with the keyboard out, which would not be the smart thing to do. The is an BlackBerry original swivel holster available for the Priv.

It works OK, I holster my phone as well and the priv is big and sometimes it gets in the way. But just like my Z30, I just slide it forward a bit and its ok (mainly a problem in the car).

Mainly I use the holster only (no case) but when I travel I use the blue case

The Seidio case is much better then the OEM one it fits tighter and and covers bottom. IMO its much better built and the material is much nicer, the in hand feel is better. The stand is much nicer then I expected, its held shut with a magnet, very well built
