Anyone know why you can't attach documents, files, spreadsheets into a text message. Tried Hangouts, Messaging and Textra. They all allow attaching photos, videos and emojis but no other files. The stock BB10 Messaging app had no issues with this. Thanks to anyone who has an answer.

why not use email?
Because the email address I had for the person was bounced back but I had their phone number. With my Classic, I could send documents via the texting app. I assumed that in Android you could do the same thing. Another example of how we took for granted some of the built in apps in BB10. Thanks
