    I have a Priv running Android 6.0.1 and when connected via USB to my PC I can only see internal storage and not the SD card. The SD is set as portable.
    Help please

    When you plug in the usb, you get the Charging Notification. Then you swipe down to see Notices. Tap on "charging" and chose which option? I generally chose the first "file" option and then see both the Internal and SD-card. You Double-click on the Priv devices in Explorer? You have to "open" the Priv to see both items under it.

    And you say you did not make the sd-card part of or expanded internal memory.

    If you have a card reader on your computer - can you see the contents of the sd-card?

    Thank you so much FF22, you have solved my problem. I had set 'Photo Transfer' instead of 'File Transfer'.
    Excellent - this was driving me mad.
