I think the Priv micro port that is damaged. Truthfully my phone fell off my exercize bike plugged in and it yanked the micro plug cockeyed diagonally out of the rubber end- out of it's plug. Now if I leave my Priv plugged in all night , with multiple chargers tried. it wiggles in and out all night saying charging, disconnected, charging, disconnected---and I will have only %24 battery in the AM. I bought wireless chargers thinking that was a fix and sometimes I must not be lined up perfectly and I don't get 100 %. from those. I don't want a key1 or 2 or le, I want my Priv. I like my pkb and the size of it's slab. How do I fix it/who do I send it to? I purchased it from blackberry when they first came out Nov 2015.

I'm not sure you will be able to find someone to fix it. The wireless solution probably IS your best bet. I might opt for an upright charger like this one....

There are many other brand choices, BUT it's the style of it, that I am recommending.
