    Just bought two privs and glad to be back. However....the one Google map app works perfect. The other one has no voice commands. All updates done. Volume on app is on. Sounds in menu set to loudest. Bluetooth off, voice over bluetooth switched off etc. Even downloaded wave app and it won't pick up gps or have voice commands. At a complete loss here

    I cant believe no one here has replied? Anyway finally took it back after blackberry told me it was a google problem, ran a diagnostics with BBVM and no satellites found, faulty phone, replaced under warranty
