    I am having trouble pairing a priv and moto 360 2Nd generation. After connecting with Bluetooth the watch is stuck on syncing and the android wear App is stuck on updating.
    Has anyone successfully synced this watch with the priv?

    Sure have. Though I did run into the same issues as you. I just killed it all and began again, was fine after that.

    What do you mean by killed it all? As in un- install App and factory reset watch and start again or wipe priv to factory reset and then reload everything?

    Just stop the app from running and try the pairing process again.
