    The PRIV May 5 update has rendered an almost perfect phone almost unusable. The battery lasts in idle about four hours, compared to 24 hours, and it is super laggy, receiption is horrible to the point of contemplating getting out of blackberry after 20 years to a normal Android. Please ask support to see what bug or error has been added that is draining the battery and corrupting the MM 6.0.1. And then issue an immediate path this week. I have to keep it on charger to use it. I know PRIV will never get 7.0, but please do not destroy the Android in the phone. I have done what is possible to trouble shoot. Thanks.

    This is normal android. Why do people think it's not? Is Samsung normal android? Is LG?

    I'd argue the only "normal" android is the pixel series.

    Nonetheless.

    Do a hard reset. If that fails, let the thing sit plugged in for 24 hours. If that fails, get ready to do a factory reset.

    Uninsatll WhatsApp on your z10 and install again from BlackBerryWorld latest version. Good luck
