    Hi!

    Last week I started having troubles with my prove that have left my IT department stumped! Emails are not sending or receiving through HUB (the gmail app will work).

    Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

    Helps to know how you even have your emails set up. You say the GMail app works but you say your IT Department has no clue why the Hub won't work, so are these work emails using GMail or... did you just turn to your IT department because you thought they could help? In any case, it would also help to know what you have already tried.

    Deactivated the G-Mail app and still no e-mails coming in or out of the Hub. Have tried to update as well.

    Try deleting the email account and setting up again.

    Tried that with both accounts, HUB is still all jammed up. Texts and Facebook messages work but no email in or out.
