    When downloading apps from the Play Store, there is a list of permissions the app wants to access on the Priv ( Location, Contacts, etc.). To download the app these permissions must be allowed. How do I apply restrictions?

    If you're running 5.1 Lollipop you cannot.
    If you're running 6.0 Marshmallow you're not actually allowing them when installing, the OS will ask you one by one when the App needs to use that permission for the first time.

    You can see what I mean by going to Settings - Apps- choose the App- permissions

    Or Settings - Apps -Settings cog in top right corner- App permissions
