    So my BB Priv lock screen is perfectly normal, I swipe to unlock, enter my pin and et a black screen with an error message saying 'Sorry, Blackberry Hub+ Services has stopped.' I get this from time to time with Snapchat, google play, whatsapp etc. But these normally pop up once or twice. The hub one is constant. Every time I press ok, it pops back up again. I can't use my phone.

    I've restarted it a few times with no luck. Any ideas? As I can't actually get on the settings to factory reset.

    All my contacts are on there, pictures and stuff. I'd rather not lose these if possible.

    There's several options for restart / reset. Have you tried the 'simulated battery pull'? Hold the the power button for at least 32 seconds, ignore the vibes and screen.
    Also clear your caches, before the reset.
